Cuban diplomats in Buenos Aires believe that the Argentine government was responsible for the kidnapping of two of their colleagues on 9 August 1976. According to the document, the two Cuban diplomats were allegedly picked up and later killed by the Argentine State Intelligence Secretariat (SIDE) for their involvement with the Argentine People’s Revolutionary Army (ERP).
