This CIA report provides background information on the August 1976 disappearance of two staff members of the Cuban Embassy. The abduction operation was conducted by SIDE personnel led by Aníbal Gordon. The two men were held in the ‘Automotores Orletti’ secret jail and tortured for 48 hours. They were later killed and their bodies dumped in the Paraná river.
