This report evaluates the declining strength of the JCR from an international, armed revolutionary network to a propaganda initiative. It also documents the countersubversive operations by the military regimes of South America, through Operation Condor, and how these have effectively curbed both the armed action and propaganda activities of the Revolutionary Coordinating Junta (JCR).
