She has designed databases on human rights trials for the National Attorney General Office (Procuración General de la Nación) and the Argentine Center for Legal and Social Studies (Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales, CELS).

Mariana Risso is a psychologist who has worked with victims of violence and torture. As an independent researcher, she has participated in the publication of numerous books and articles on the topic of historical memory. She coordinates the Project Sitios de Memoria – Uruguay.

Dr Francesca Lessa is a Departmental Lecturer in Latin American Studies and Development and a researcher at the University of Oxford. She is the author of the recent book, The Condor Trials: Transnational Repression and Human Rights in South America, published by Yale University Press (2022).
