In this document, DINA agent Enrique Lautaro Arancibia Clavel, alias ‘Luis Felipe Alemparte’, informs his superiors in the DINA of José Osvaldo Ribeiro’s, alias ‘Rawson’, displeasure at not having been invited to an intelligence meeting to be held in Santiago at the end of November 1975. Instead of Rawson, a SIDE delegate has been invited.
