This document, sent by Chilean DINA agent Enrique Arancibia Clavel to his superiors, confirms that MIR leader Edgardo Enríquez is in Buenos Aires, based on information provided by Argentine Colonel José Osvaldo Ribeiro, alias ‘Rawson’. Plans are made to capture Enríquez as part of efforts to combat the MIR and the JCR.
