This document, sent by Chilean DINA agent Enrique Arancibia Clavel to his superiors in the DINA, states that contact is being maintained with the agent “Rawson” of Battalion 601. The latter raised the possibility of the DINA providing financial assistance for the struggle against subversion (the JCR). Finally, Rawson reported that a new meeting on subversion and state security agencies would take place in Paraguay in a few days' time.
