The Committee of Relatives of Uruguayan Political Prisoners (FPPU) was an organisation dedicated to denouncing the crimes of the Uruguayan dictatorship (1973-1985). It operated outside the country, at least between 1981 and 1984, during which it published its bulletin, the organisation’s main means of dissemination.
