The Party for the People’s Victory (PVP) is a political organisation founded in 1975 by Uruguayan exiles in Buenos Aires, Argentina. A significant number of its members were victims of the regional repressive coordination known as Operation Condor. Under the title “Informaciones y documentos” the PVP published a monthly bulletin in France containing facsimile reproductions of Uruguayan and international newspapers, along with summaries and analyses of political events. This bulletin was published from 1977 to 1984.
