This activities report by the Plancondor.org team documents the project "Digital Technologies and Justice: Civil Society and the Tireless Struggle Against Impunity in Chile". It describes three knowledge-exchange workshops held in Valdivia, Santiago, and Valparaíso, plus a follow-up workshop in Santiago, carried out between December 15 and 22 of 2025, which brought together more than 70 representatives from human rights organizations, government bodies, the legal profession, and academia, held close to the 50th anniversary of the founding of Operation Condor in Santiago (1975). Co-organized with Chile's National Human Rights Institute (INDH) and the Culture, Memory and Human Rights Unit of the Ministry of Cultures, and funded by UCL, the report addresses the use of digital technologies for preserving memory and pursuing justice: the recovery, digitization, and georeferencing of documents and sites, the associated ethical challenges, and the hands-on technical training provided. It also features presentations of experiences from institutions such as the Ministry of Justice's Human Rights Program, Londres 38, the Colonia Dignidad Archive, and the Neltume Museum and Memory Center, along with feedback and suggestions on the "Digital Technologies and Memory" toolkit and a list of recommended free/open-source software (GIMP, NAPS2, Drupal, archive.org, Che PDF, and Che IMG).
