Telex C-288/19, dated 25 April 1975 (Clear and Ciphered), from the Embassy of Uruguay in Argentina (URUBAIRES) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DIPLOMACIA). The Embassy transcribes a message dated 23 April, received from the Argentine Minister of Defense, Adolfo Mario Savino, concerning various denied attempts by Zelmar Michelini to obtain residency alongside his requests to leave the country. It further reports that inspectors are monitoring him and have been instructed to detain him should there be any irregularities in his documentation.
