This report provides information on the close collaboration in September 1973 between the Uruguayan Army and the Chilean Army to tackle the large number of Uruguayans in Chile, many of whom were presumed to be Tupamaros. The report notes that Uruguay had a small contingent of officers working at the Chilean Army Headquarters in Santiago to review the status of all Uruguayans in Chile.
